    Mrs. Nicole is a passionate early childhood education leader with over 10 years of experience. She believes that strong partnerships between families and teachers create a warm, supportive environment where every child can thrive. Her love for teaching began in preschool, inspired by a teacher who made a lasting impact. Nicole holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education with a focus on Child and Family Services and a Master’s in Education, specializing in Curriculum and Instruction. Since joining The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) as Director in January 2023, she has combined her academic background and leadership skills to help children build a strong foundation for success in school and in life. Outside of school, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and son. As a family, they love baking, playing Uno, and watching movies together.

Her passion for working with young children began early in life. As the second oldest of nine siblings, she has spent more than 18 years caring for and supporting children's development. Toni believes that children learn best through consistent routines and meaningful daily experiences. She is deeply committed to creating a nurturing, loving environment where children feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore and grow. Ms. Toni plays a vital role in advancing our vision of building the premier preschool and daycare in the West Loop. She joined The Goddard School of Chicago (West Loop) in June 2022.
