    MD

Growing up, Dr. Kimberly Webb had a strong interest in medicine. After participating in multiple science and health enrichment programs designed for Chicago's inner city youth, she knew that being a physician was her calling—and it still is today. When asked what the best part of her job is, Dr. Webb is quick to say, "The patients! Our patients are family," she explains. "It brings me great joy to positively affect their health. By strengthening their mind, body and spirit, seniors may lead more productive and meaningful lives. Seniors face many health and social challenges, and I want to help them overcome some of these barriers." Dr. Webb graduated from the University of Illinois in Urbana and completed post-graduate studies at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. She earned her medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, OH. Afterward, she completed her pediatric internship at Summa Health System Akron Children's Hospital and a residency in internal medicine at Akron City Hospital. Dr. Webb is board certified in internal medicine and a member of the National Medical Association. A self-described "foodie," Dr. Webb enjoys exploring foods of diverse cultures.
