Michael Mintz is a Vice President with Millennium Properties, specializing in the sale and leasing of all commercial property types throughout the Chicagoland area. Over the last three years, Michael has represented both landlords and tenants in more than 45 lease transactions. These leases include tenants such as Wing Stop, Elite Staffing, Great Clips and several restaurant users. Michael has also brokered the sale of retail storefronts, apartment buildings, mixed-use properties, development sites and single family homes throughout Chicago and the suburbs. After graduating from the University of Texas, Michael worked as a broker for Interstate Realty Inc., a boutique, full service commercial real estate brokerage firm concentrating on retail and office properties in Chicago and the northwest suburbs. During college, he was also a part-time intern for DTZ’s office leasing branch in Austin. Michael recently received his Master’s of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from DePaul University’s Kellstadt School of Business, graduating with distinction. He is a member of the associate board of the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation, including co-chairing the 2017 Eisenopoly event which raised more than $200,000. He is also involved with the Standard Club and the Jewish United Fund’s Young Leadership Division.
