I’m a licensed counselor providing compassionate, ethical, and effective psychotherapy services to women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or who have difficulties with low self esteem and confidence. I work with women who are going through life transitions, whether these are positive or negative. Even positive life transitions can put us under significant stress. If you find yourself worried, overwhelmed, nervous, and wanting to make some changes in your life, but not knowing where to begin- I can help.
