Pulaski Vision Center is your neighborhood eye doctor located at 5153 S. Pulaski Rd. Your Chicago eyecare center offers genuine eye care where your eye health and wellness is our primary focus. Dr. Ketan Sheladia
Dr. Ketan Sheladia with Dr. Samir Patel lead one of Chicagoland's most respected teams of eye care professionals. He is a 2004 graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois Champaign. Dr. Sheladia resides in the Western suburbs and enjoys spending his free time with his family.

Dr. Seth Anderson
Outside of his work, he enjoys spending time with his family and getting outside, mostly on his mountain bike. Dr. Anderson has been interested in optometry since high school and started working in the industry in 2014 as a technician and optician. He works hard to take care of his patients? vision and eye health and enjoys building relationships with them in the process.
