Dr. Payam Rezai

Dr. Payam Rezai graduated from University of Illinois College of Dentistry. He is an active member of Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, and American Dental Association. Dr. Rezai routinely attends continuing education courses to expand and refine his skills and capabilities. In addition to cosmetic dental procedures such as veneers and invisalign (clear braces), Dr. Rezai has extensive experience working with children of all ages. Dr. Rezai lives in West Town with his wife, Parisa and their son Ryan.

Dr. Melanie Grajales

My name is Dr. Melanie Grajales, I was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I obtained my Bachelors of Science degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Lehigh University. I later attended the University of Pennsylvania school of Dental Medicine, where I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree with honors in community health. After dental school, I completed my formal training with a one year General Practice Residency at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, where I worked closely with the veteran population. I am passionate about staying involved in community outreach and I strongly value the importance of patient education and patient centered care. As a native Spanish speaker, I also enjoy utilizing my Spanish to communicate with patients and deliver comprehensive care. Outside of dentistry, I enjoy cooking, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
