Emerald Mental Health is a small private practice that utilizes somatic and nervous system regulation therapies to work with clients working to heal from trauma and want to return to themselves. We work from a decolonized perspective of mental health and celebrate all humans.
We serve symptoms and diagnoses of, but not limited to, trauma, eating disorders, schizophrenia and psychotic spectrum disorders, men's issues, and activist burnout. We offer both virtual and in-person sessions.
