Dr. Perez is double-board certified in Pediatrics and Obesity Medicine. She brings two decades of experience in caring for children and families across Chicagoland. She earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed her residency at Rush University Medical Center. She is deeply committed to building trusting, collaborative relationships; where families feel heard, respected, and never rushed during appointments. Dr. Perez believes that combining healthy lifestyle habits with evidence-based care allows children to thrive and supports their long-term wellness. Dr. Perez has additional knowledge and training in lactation consultation, cognitive behavior therapy for anxiety, and autism evaluation.
