Mind Body Co-Op Lakeview is a collaborative mental health practice on N Lakewood Ave, serving Chicago since 2010. Our psychologists, therapists, marriage and family therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and registered dietitian offer individual, couples, family and group therapy, medication management, psychological testing and nutrition counseling for children, teens and adults. We specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, EMDR, DBT and eating disorder recovery, with LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally responsive care. Therapy is available in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Polish, Arabic, Hindi and Vietnamese. See us in person in Lakeview, Loop or by telehealth across Illinois. We accept most major insurance plans. We provide culturally competent services in English, Spanish, Polish, Hindi Mandarin, Vietnamese & Arabic. We also know how difficult it can be to reach out and get started with a therapist.
